1. Introduction

Welcome to ExpertBridge ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our academic support services (the "Services").   • "Deliverable" refers to the final product (e.g., essay, research paper, solution set) provided to the Client upon completion of an Order.
  • "Expert" refers to a qualified professional contracted by us to fulfill Orders.

3. Nature of Our Services

ExpertBridge provides model solutions, reference materials, tutoring, and editing services to support students in their academic endeavors. Our Services are designed to be:

  • Assistance Tools: Used as a guide and reference to help Clients understand complex topics, structure their own work, and improve their skills.
  • Custom-Created: Each Deliverable is uniquely developed for a specific Order.

Important: All Deliverables are provided for research, reference, and learning purposes only. They are not intended to be submitted as the Client's own work. It is the Client's sole responsibility to understand and adhere to their educational institution's policies on academic integrity, plagiarism, and proper citation. ExpertBridge is not responsible for how a Client uses the Deliverable.

4. Order Placement and Payment

  • Placing an Order: To request Services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your requirements, including type of work, subject, academic level, and deadline.
  • Price and Payment: The price for an Order is calculated based on the number of pages, academic level, and turnaround time. The final price will be confirmed before payment. Full payment is required before work on the Order commences.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are handled through our secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full financial details.

5. Order Revisions and Satisfaction

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with the final Deliverable.

  • Free Revisions: We offer unlimited free revisions to ensure the Deliverable meets the original Order requirements. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the Deliverable delivery and must be based on the original instructions.
  • Scope of Revisions: Significant changes to the original Order brief may not be eligible for free revisions and may incur an additional fee.

6. Delivery and Deadlines

  • Delivery: We are committed to delivering your Order before the specified deadline. A link to download your Deliverable will be provided to your account on the Site.
  • Late Delivery: In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue. We cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from late delivery beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of ExpertBridge and protected by copyright laws.
  • Deliverable Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverable for personal, non-commercial, research, and reference purposes. The Deliverable remains our property and cannot be distributed, resold, or used commercially.
  • Client Content: By submitting materials for your Order, you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Order.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients agree NOT to:

  • Submit any Deliverable as their own original work for academic credit.
  • Use the Deliverable to violate the policies of their educational institution.
  • Request work that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
  • Post or share any Deliverable on public platforms.

Clients agree TO:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order.
  • Review the final Deliverable promptly and request revisions in a timely manner.
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE DELIVERABLES IN A MANNER THAT VIOLATES ACADEMIC INTEGRITY POLICIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPERTBRIDGE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND EXPERTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY DELIVERABLES OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExpertBridge and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Deliverables or Services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
