2. Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You change your mind about the Order after work has commenced.
  • Subjective Disagreement: You are dissatisfied with the writing style, tone, or minor details, but the Deliverable otherwise fulfills the original instructions and meets academic standards.
  • Late Revision Requests: You fail to request revisions within the specified time frame (e.g., 14 days after delivery).
  • Academic Penalties: You receive a poor grade or are penalized by your institution for submitting the Deliverable, as we do not guarantee specific grades and our work is intended as a reference tool, not to be submitted as your own.
  • New Requirements: You request significant changes or additions to the original Order brief after the work has been completed.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to us or use any of the contact details on our Site within 14 days of the Deliverable delivery date.
  2. Provide Details: In your request, clearly state your Order ID, the reasons for your dissatisfaction, and any supporting evidence (e.g., the original instructions and the Deliverable).
  3. Review: Our support team will investigate your claim and review the Deliverable against the original requirements.
  4. Resolution: We will communicate our decision and the proposed resolution to you within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 5-7 business days). If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
